Thanks for ur mail.I think u have a good idea about this issue.I don't
have good knowledge in VBA ,within my limitation what I am doing is
that ,
1) I have a secret file in my computer which have code number , and
all the files which I want prevent coping linked with the secret file.
2) In the macros I wrote a condition for checking the value of the linked cell
If anyone simply copy the file and paste in other the macros will not work.
I think ur way is more reliable, I don't know how to wrote codes in
your ideas. will u give me an example.

Try to do this.To avoid unauthorized use of your workbook.
1.Write the Machine name of Authorized person line by line in notepad
2.Save it with your desirables name
3.Check machine name before opening Workbook/ Else close Workbook.
