Hi, You can use Vlookup to get the result. If you can give ur example list with proper codes it will done. And in your drop down list ther are spaces after the name like Admin , so remove those extra spaces... Hope it solved your query. Dear Ankit, First create name range as per group name as i have created then... paste below formula in Data-Validation =INDIRECT(SUBSTITUTE($E$7,-,_)) Note : As per naming convention its only accept Service_1 instead of Service-1 So please keep *_* instead of *-* during naming range creation.
