Thanks for responding back. Yup I had tried that one too ... In any case, Microsoft came through on this one and the workings on a "Do Not Deliver Before" are explained by Q188696. The messages can be found in the MTADATA directory (don't try searching while the MTA is running though, as you won't get any hits while it's up), and the # of them can be seen via perfmon. >From there, it's just a matter of deleting the appropriate .DAT file and running MTACHECK. .. What would happen if you deleted his mail box. Save everything to a pst and delete his account of the exchange server.
