1. Use exmerge 3.7.1 (the latest version for Exchange 5.5) to pull the data off of the 5.5 server 2. Call PSS You are costing the company more money screwing with this than you would by calling them. Not to mention the longer this takes, the more the bosses are going to wonder what the heck your problem is. It's not an ExMerge problem. It's a home server problem caused by a failed mailbox move. That will need to be resolved before ExMerge can succeed. You will need to change it back somehow. You can try directory export/modify csv/import method. If that doesn't work you can always try to go into the Exchange Admin in raw mode, which is very dangerous. A third option is to restore from backup to a recovery server offline. Are you logged into the box as the Exchange Service Account? That would be the only reason that I could think that it would happen.
