this problem never occured before I applied SP2. IMHO, It is better not to have an attachment but a message in the original email telling them that there was a virus in an attachment, rather then let them open unexpected named attachment in the Email (we ask users never to open unexpected or named attachments they don't expect). OK, I guess one man's meat is another man's poison. I actually like that they get scared and call in.
