RE: checking grammar in outlook
I'll give on the grammar features, but spell check and autocorrect don't require Word as an editor. RE: checking grammar in outlook
Indeed. I, for one, am constantly playing with my custom.dic. There is even an option in Tools | Options | Spelling to use Autocorrect when Word is not your e-mail editor. Outlook 2007 Contact photos not appearing
We have an issue where a few of our users no longer get photos displayed in the message header of email in Outlook 2007. Has anyone seen this problem or have a fix? Removing and re-installing Office is a bigger headache than I prefer to deal with unless really necessary for such a silly problem. Systems are XP SP3 with Office 2007 SP1 all fully patched. RE: Ok it's starting BB to iPhone
I haven't noticed any issues at all. We have 4 2007 sp1 servers (2 east coast 2 west coast) and 8 AD sites. I wish we could get rid of those darn W2K DCs and raise the functional level, but alas...legacy apps. -troy -Original Message- From: Greg Mulholland [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, July 17, 2008 6:09 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: RE: Ok it's starting BB to iPhone Are there any issue with exchange sp1 and windows 2000 native mode. Our domain is worldwide and still has some old win2k dc's. In this site we have 2k3dc's and are running 2 exchange 2007 boxes in this setup, but i'd like to know if ive missed anything in upgrading to sp1. Auditing info on Google Messaging Security and Compliance Services (Postini)
Concern about them has appeared here recently and I thought I would post this information. I recently have had some communication with a sales rep of the aforementioned product. He claimed in his email that: Postini has passed all FDIC audits, is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant, and SAS 70 Type II WebTrust certified. I'm not sure if this actually means anything or not in reality, but it seemed interesting. Re: Moderated e-mail
If you have an email firewall / anti-spam server, you might be able to config it to do just that. On Thu, Jul 17, 2008 at 5:23 AM, Michael B. The name could not be resolved...
My setup includes an ISA 2004 server for the firewall and a front-end back-end exchange 2003 SP2 servers running windows server 2003 SP2. I just installed the first exchange server and followed it with the OWA server. When attempting to set up a new profile for a user who's account I've created a mailbox for I get the following error: The action could not be completed. The bookmark is not valid. So far I've reolved the issue with Public Folders as listed here: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=286328 There are no errors in my event logs yet I continue to get the error. At this point I'm only trying to setup profiles so as I try to figure this out I thought I'd post here for some direction. Any responses appreciated. ~ Ninja Email Security with Cloudmark Spam Engine Gets Image Spam ~ ~ http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Ninja~

Hi Marvin, You really need to head on over to www.isaserver.org. This is a well worn scenario that we've covered over a dozen times. Everything you need to know is there. Sometimes to get the event log information you need, you have to increase diagnostic logging. In this case, the Recipient Update Service is probably not performing its duty. You could try increasing logging on the MSExchangeAL | Address List Synchronization and then manually forcing RUS to update. Then check the application event log for entries. Also: How to troubleshoot the Recipient Update Service by using the Application log in Exchange 2000 Server or in Exchange Server 2003. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822794 From: MarvinC [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, July 18, 2008 9:38 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues exchangelist@lyris.sunbelt-software.com Subject: The name could not be resolved... Looks like rebooting my 2nd DC/GC resolved the issue as I'm now able to create the profile and send a test message to the outside. Thanks for the responses.
