Send a message from outside your org and follow the tracking logs up to the
point it disappears. Your logs should at least show the message arriving at
your HT/Edge server.

I am confused, that is the same as saying one mailbox cannot receive sent mail

I have several mailboxes that do not receive email sent inside the Exchange
organization, all are Outlook 2003. I have tried changing the security setting
for the connection to Exchange 2010, to require an encrypted connection.
Deleted the outlook profile and rebuilt it. None of these worked.
I had the raid 5 set that housed the mail stores fail, Two drives failed. After
getting new raid controller card 1 hard drive, restored all of the mailstores
from the previous evening. Did not have to restore Exchange itself. Did not
trust the hardware, decided to virtualize to NMware. Did a P2V to a ESXi 4.1

I have also moved two of the mailboxes to another mailstore with the same
results.
Any suggestions a welcome.

I have several mailboxes that do not receive email sent inside the
Exchange organization, all are Outlook 2003. I have tried changing the
security setting for the connection to Exchange 2010, to require an
encrypted connection. Deleted the outlook profile and rebuilt it. None of
 these worked.

I had the raid 5 set that housed the mail stores fail, Two drives failed.
After getting new raid controller card 1 hard drive, restored all of the
mailstores from the previous evening. Did not have to restore Exchange
itself. Did not trust the hardware, decided to virtualize to NMware. Did a
P2V to a ESXi 4.1 host powered up and has been working OK since.

I have also moved two of the mailboxes to another mailstore with the same
 results.

 Any suggestions a welcome.

That would imply that the problem is on the sending side, rather than the
receiving side.
