I need to have mail recieved from a specific e-mail address
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) sent to a specific user mailbox in my organization.  Is this
possible and if so any guidance would be much appreciated.

you need to set up the server side rule from the Rules wizard. It is pretty
straight forward

You can use Auto-forwarding but be careful as this could easily lead to mail
loops!

I assume this would be done through Exchange Admin.  I am not sure where the
rules wizrd is found here.  What I need is for the server to deliver all of
these e-mail to the specified mailbox.

Actually, here is the situation.

 
User was let go, mailbox kept active for 
business purposes. Mail is beeing forwarded to the head hancho for review 
andI need to have the server catch particular messages from one of our 
vendors (specified address)and deliver it to the user who needs 
this.I hope this makes sense. I attempted to do this through 
Outlook and got an error.

Ok, 
this makes more sense now. If this is the only reason that the old account 
is needed, you could delete/hide the account remove the SMTP address and assign 
that SMTP address to a Public Folder then setup a rule on the public Folder that 
would forward messages from abc account to the head honcho.

It is 
simpler thanI thought. Add a contact in outlook with that vendor's email 
address. use rule wizard and select " mails when they arrive" and next select 
"from people or distribution list". when it prompts you with the select name 
dialog box, select the vendor's name from contacts. Add whatever rule you want 
over and above - -- there you go -
