Their description of Scan Mail has stopping Spam as an item. http://www.trendmicro.com/products/smex/ I guess I'll have to dig a little further. Thanks List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm
Re: E-mail Content Filtering Recommendations
I wouldn't say that they include it with ScanMail, they provide the additional spam support via the eManager piece. It cost us about 11k, which depends on the number of mailboxes. Tom List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm
Re: RE: E-mail Content Filtering Recommendations
I believe that is purely a manual process. The emanager piece will update the spam list automatically as well as letting you add specific ones. I have NOT seen the signature alone catch 100% of spam. Also, emanager has much more content filtering ability other than just spam. Tom List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm

RE: E-mail Content Filtering Recommendations
Funny thing is that is how it works. It is amazing how many times a CEO has told me he wants something and then when he finds out he has to pay, suddenly it isn't as important to have it. Now days when someone tells me they want something, the first thing I do is find out what it will cost and let them know before I waste any more time. -Original Message- From: Paul Green [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, June 20, 2002 12:51 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: RE: E-mail Content Filtering Recommendations hahaha thats great ;) -Original Message- From: Martin Blackstone [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Posted At: Thursday, June 20, 2002 12:50 PM Posted To: Exchange 2000 Server Conversation: E-mail Content Filtering Recommendations Subject: RE: E-mail Content Filtering Recommendations Here is how it went here: Pres - I want to stop all this SPAM!
