RE: Exchange 2007 SP2
the schema expansion has been the #1 blocker for sp2 deployments. there are no "new issues" that i am aware of introduced by sp2. the world-wide interwebs have been very quiet on that front... RE: Exchange 2007 SP2
Read the release notes. The issues that most folks have run into are well documented in the release notes, and they would've saved themselves much hassle... I just wanted to ask all the experts if there were any gotchas you all ran into, or any tips you'd like to pass on. We do have a BES server in the mix - 6.1.4, IIRC. My boss said he'd heard of some issues on CAS servers, anyone seen anything like that? Thanks all...
RE: Exchange 2007 SP2
So has anyone installed SP2? Maybe I should hold out a month or two and wait to see what the fall out is. RE: Exchange 2007 SP2
In addition to what Peter said, always ensure that you read the release notes for updates and service packs. The deployment order is clearly listed in the release notes for SP2. http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/3/E/83E9DB24-0041-4F7E-A0DD-26043BB F7CAA/RelNotes.htm From: Leedy, Andy [mailto:ale...@butlerahs.com] Sent: 10 September 2009 14:39 To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Exchange 2007 SP2 We have an Exchange 2007 environment with a CCR cluster and two CAS/HUBs.
