I have deleted all the personal folders in her system. Disconnected all the network drive. It still did not help. We had a similar problem at one of our client sites. A number of users reported items disappearing from their mailboxes or not appearing at all, yet the messages were definitely in the mailbox: we confirmed this by connecting to the mailbox on another system, via OWA, and by browsing the M: drive. The cause of the problem has to do with directly modifying file permissions on the M: drive due to manually modifying file permissions through Explorer, file-level AV protection enabled (I know, I know... we learned that lesson...) or backing up the M: drive. Have you done any of these? Not sure if this is the same problem, but sounds similar.
