I have deleted all the personal folders in her system. Disconnected all the
network drive. It still did not help.

I dont see any error in the server log.  Last night I have created that
user's profile in my system. I have sent some internal email and the email
stayed in her system and did not disappeared. So I think there is something
going on in her local system. But I have no clue.

We had a similar problem at one of our client sites.  A number of users
reported items disappearing from their mailboxes or not appearing at
all, yet the messages were definitely in the mailbox: we confirmed this
by connecting to the mailbox on another system, via OWA, and by browsing
the M: drive.

The cause of the problem has to do with directly modifying file
permissions on the M: drive due to manually modifying file permissions
through Explorer, file-level AV protection enabled (I know, I know... we
learned that lesson...) or backing up the M: drive.  Have you done any
of these?

Not sure if this is the same problem, but sounds similar.  We resolved
it on the machines experiencing the issue using an Outlook patch
(Q302852).

1) they have a view filter at the client
View-- Current View
2) they have a POP client connected that is pulling the messages off the
server
3) they have a rule redirecting these messages elsewhere (and I actually had
a user with a rule moving certain email to the calendar container which made
them invisible in most calendar views)

I have been getting some complaint that some users are not getting thier
internal email. If I trace that message I see it came to the server and got
delivered to those people's mailboxes. But they dont see it. First I thought
some may have rule wizard setup. But 10-50 people are not seeing the same
email message, and there is no wizrd setup. My users are very concern. Has

Subject: Internal Email Disappearing



I have been getting some complaint that some users are not getting thier
internal email. If I trace that message I see it came to the server and got
delivered to those people's mailboxes. But they dont see it. First I thought
some may have rule wizard setup. But 10-50 people are not seeing the same
email message, and there is no wizrd setup. My users are very concern. Has
anyone seen this problem? S
