Shouldn't be a problem as long as there's no non-Exchange systems using it as a mail relay by IP address. Shut down Exchange services, change IP, shut down server, update DNS/WINS if necessary, move server, turn server on, have a beer or three... Test by bringing down both of the existing servers. 4. Uninstall exchange on first one and then the other server. That will leave only the one (new and running W2K with Ex5.5; old ones were running NT w/ 5.5).
