Mike,

Just
underline for the hard-of-understanding (me!) what you have in Display Name,
First Name, Last Name, Alias and Directory Name.

How
long ago did you make the changes? I think this is something to do with the
indexing of Directory attributes on the Exchange server perhaps. You can
either:

1)
Restart your DS.
2)
Wait

Kevin

Hmmm, that curious, I've had to do the same thing because of
being given the incorrect spelling on a new employee's name, changing
the first, last, display alias has always taken care of the name
resolving issue. Almost always it's been the alias that has kept it from
  resolving
There's no way to change the directory name without deleting
  the mailbox recreating it.
I don't know what else to suggest

I have a mailbox name that does not resolve when it is typed
in its completed name: Kelli Kappus
When I key in Kell Kap or anything similar it resolves.

The problem I see is the directory name is Kelly.Kappus
We found out the real name was Kelli so we changed it on the general
  tab.
Is this why the name does not resolve?

This happened to me once and I had to PST
the mail box, delete the mail box, and make a new one.

Never did figure out what happened, and
didnt really have the time either!
