Zix used here at the University. All our affiliates use Zix as well. Encryption is automatic to the affiliates. Users can also force encryption using a keyword in the subject and recipients get message with link to Zix portal to retrieve encrypted message. We use Tumbleweed's Secure Messenger but it's an internal server as opposed to an external service.
