If this one's still an issue...
In ADUC, if the address is listed on the General tab as the E-mail, but
is not actually listed in the E-mail Addresses tab, I've seen this
behavior occur.  Change the address on the General tab, then change it
back and Apply, and the address should be auto-magically added to the
proxy addresses -- one of several possible ways to correct the issue.

server; (filtering, IMF, etc) and haven't found anything.  The
bounceback looks like this...

5.1.1 is address doesn't exist but it does.   The account has about ten
SMTP address that all work except for the primary address.   Any
ideas...?
