RE: Unable to recover Deleted Items in Exch2k7
You can turn this feature off using OWA segmentation, so check that. Bring up the properties of the OWA virtual directory in EMC and go to the Segmentation tab. This is based on the assumption that all users are affected, of course. It also only works for OWA Premium (IE6.0+). Re: Unable to recover Deleted Items in Exch2k7
This is the fix. I've found it to work in all clients: Exit Outlook. Open the Windows registry editor. Browse to My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Options. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. Type the name DumpsterAlwaysOn. Note Do not type any spaces in the name. Set the DWORD value to 1. Restart Outlook. The Tools menu now has the Recover Deleted Items command for every Outlook folder. --- On Tue, 3/31/09, Robert Smith wrote: From: Robert Smith Subject: Re: Unable to recover Deleted Items in Exch2k7 To: "MS-Exchange Admin Issues" Date: Tuesday, March 31, 2009, 7:57 AM Thanks for the reply, I checked the segmentation tab, and the option is enabled. any other ideas? By chance, have you somehow enabled the Blind and Low Vision experience for your OWA mailbox (Options > Accessibility)? This forces an OWA Light session, even if you're using IE..
