Room reservations

2010-08-11 Thread Scott Mitchell
Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2007. Is there any way for users to see who has a
room reserved? We've just migrated from Domino and our users are used to
having this ability.

Thanks,

Scott Mitchell, Sr.

The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private
individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals,
only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government
power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government.

We give people who organize our conf rooms permission to that resource so

You need to set the Default rights to the room's Calendar to Reviewer. Log
on to the room mailbox (Outlook), view the Calendar and go to Properties /
Permissions tab...
