I bought a dog the other day...I
named him Stay. It's fun to call him... "Come here, Stay! Come here, Stay!" He
went insane. Now he just ignores me and keeps typing. -- Steven Wright

Sure, if you restrict what they can send to, you can block it
all. Not that I can imagine wanting to do that, but the theory sounds
  alright.

Delivery restrictions
on the mail box would not allow them to send email within the
org?

DeliveryRestrictions on the IMC is you're looking to block
outbound internet mail or set delivery restrictions on the individual
  mailbox.

    GAL
Ok - this is a
weird one.

I have an account
that needs to be an owner of some DL's in the GAL. But we do not
want them sending email from this account at all.

I have been playing
with permissions but if I get where they can't send - then they can't do
anything else.

I removed all of
the email address including the x400 but it still can
send.

Any
ideas?
