[FairfieldLife] [FFFL's] Twin Peaks shoot outs...

Like on FFL,
..In a sociology looking for brotherhood the motorcycle gangs flourish within
our larger civil society it seems like a number of old meditators arriving on
Rick Archer's yahoo-groups list had come in to gang-bang hoping for connection
with old lost fraternity and hook their latent bad characteristics with the
lawlessness allowed for inside. Really interesting reporting now about the
culture of the motorcycle gangs. Asocial Ex-military and ex-law enforcement
types hoping for brotherhood, as thugs in costume.

"gang" - they are just ordinary people who like motorcycles and riding.

police department. I predict that millions of dollars will be paid out to
innocent bystanders arrested at the event.

illegal to arrest citizen based on mere profiling. Apparently some bike
enthusiasts got arrested for wearing Harley Davidson vests. Go figure.
WACO — After a gunfight between rival motorcycle gangs outside a crowded
restaurant left nine dead, police rounded up everyone on the scene wearing
biker vests...

/How ironic - the death toll from the “Twin Peaks” shootout was greater
than the total number of homicides Waco police investigated in all of 2014
– And all of the “Twin Peaks” dead were shot by police. The cops
fired thousands of rounds into the bikers, killing nine. Only 3 or 4 of the
bikers were armed with handguns.

This can be summed up in one word: Waco.

"Who shot at whom first; who did or did not pull the trigger; and what
might have spurred the 14 police officers to fire “thousands of rounds”
at a group of 3 to 5 potentially armed bikers when the downrange backdrop
was a patio filled with hundreds of unarmed bikers is not yet known..."

2015-05-25 Thread dhamiltony...@yahoo.com [FairfieldLife]
Well, one could certainly empathize with someone standing by monitoring and
then in the middle of a firefight between a bunch of bikers. At a point it is
just plain self-defense to shoot or be shot in the moment. Put yourself in the
middle of a rough looking people all wearing vests who are shooting at each
other with heavy caliber weapons. Once order is set in you betcha the cops
shouted, “Hands up, Don't Shoot!”. We could use some assertion of moderation
around here too.

How ironic - the death toll from the “Twin Peaks” shootout was greater than
the total number of homicides Waco police investigated in all of 2014 – And all
of the “Twin Peaks” dead were shot by police. The cops fired thousands of
rounds into the bikers, killing nine. Only 3 or 4 of the bikers were armed with
handguns.

This can be summed up in one word: Waco.

"Who shot at whom first; who did or did not pull the trigger; and what might
have spurred the 14 police officers to fire “thousands of rounds” at a group of
3 to 5 potentially armed bikers when the downrange backdrop was a patio filled
with hundreds of unarmed bikers is not yet known..."

Something like: Express yourself, especially violently if people continue to

2015-05-25 Thread rich...@rwilliams.us [FairfieldLife]
Apparently the bikers in Waco at Twin Peaks didn't even have a chance to raise
their hands. It was all a setup by the Waco police, just like the Davidian
massacre in Waco years ago. Go figure.

The amount of freedom in a state can be measured by how free an individual is,
who just wants to get high, ride his bike, and chase some tail at a local
dinner.

I predict that at least thirteen police officers will be charged with murder
and fired. What were they thinking? Apparently no shots were fired by any of
the bikers. Most of the attending bikers didn't even have a police record. One
biker was a married and employed plumber.

They just wanted to go for a bike ride and chow-down on some burghers and
fries and ogle some twin peaks. It's not complicated.

So far, no evidence has been presented that any of the bikers shot anyone with
a gun.

There may have been fighting in the parking lot but hardly enough of a
disturbance for 14 Waco police officers to open fire, shooting over a thousand
rounds into the crowd - killing nine bikers, two shot in the back.

The State Police could have set up a road block on the highway at any time and
checked everyone coming into town for firearms. Go figure.

"...the case is muddled by Texas’ strong self-defense and gun rights, as well
as issues with witness cooperation and credibility."

Like on FFL, ..In a sociology looking for brotherhoodthe motorcycle gangs
flourish within our larger civil society it seemslike a number of old
meditators arriving on Rick Archer's yahoo-groups list had come in to gang-bang
hoping for connection with old lost fraternity andhook their latent bad
characteristics with the lawlessness allowedfor inside. Really interesting
reporting now about the culture ofthe motorcycle gangs. Asocial Ex-military and
ex-law enforcement typeshoping for brotherhood, as thugs in costume.
