"watered down" version--the governor one being the one with seven
different "OM-based" mantras.

MMY also sent at least one person to india to try to get a sidha
yogi to help him develop the sidhi program, but the guy refused.

Hmmm...I'm a governor who got the AofE technique I think in 79 but
didn't get the om mantras as part of it.

I wonder who the sidha guru was?

He also was never able to get the marma-chikitsa teachings either,
which he was interested in exploiting commercially. All the gurus in
that tradition refused according to one of the movement's Ayurvedic
physicians I spoke to.

Probably, like you suspected, he wasn't! He was just spreading his
ideal Vedic culture where ever he could. You can't really fault him
for that.

I would love to see those OM based mantras you were talking about,
if they exist? Do you remember any?

The entire governors technique is posted here:

Actually, he gave a lecture on the chakras which is available in MP3. Vaj may
even have it available to share if you're interested.

Exactly.

He didn't talk about kundalini because his didn't know much about
it. If he did know about it then he wouldn't have brought out the
sidhis in such an irresponsible way - many many people should not
have been taught and all should have received more careful

I don't think mmy was that worried about religion here as he spent the last 20
yrs of his life talking about the vedas in all sorts of esoteric ways and esp
with reference to hindu brahmin pundits doing their ceremonies as they should.
