Michelle, Sending healing thoughts and prayers for Ginger and for you. Hugs and Head-Bumps, Karen in California and her Beautiful Maine Coon Cat Ms. Clyde In a message dated 2/21/2006 7:38:06 A.M. Pacific Standard Time, [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: I brought her back to the hospital last night after she tried to get up and fell into her water dish and just lay there. The ER vet said he thought she had slight pancreatitis from something in her GI tract, put her on fluids, etc. But the internist this morning said he thinks there is something wrong with her brain, because when laying on her back her eyes are moving up and down, and because she had balance problems last night. He is having a neurologist look at her later this morning. He said she is a little brighter this morning (anything would be brighter than how she was last night though) but that he is very concerned about the possibility of a brain problem. I am very worried about her, and have a terrible feeling. I pray it is an inner ear infection or something like that. Please pray for her. Michelle

Sending healing energy for Hannibal -- For Hideyo
Title: AOL Email Hideyo, I am sending healing thoughts and prayers for Hannibal. I am in agreement with you if Hannibal isn't giving up, then you aren't either. I feel the same way about my Ms. Clyde, she is a fighter and holding her own. So all I can do is keep trying and maybe something will make the difference in her clinical diagnosis. She is back from her Oncology chemo re-check and her blood test results were unbelievable. They did an in-house CBC, where her HCT registered as a 10.9 and so they did a PCV test and her PCV testsaidis up to a 26!!! They are sending blood workout to double check these results, but her Oncologist is very optimistic and encouraged. She started her 2nd round of Chemo today. So although I am relieved at the PCV test results I am waiting to see what the blood work sent out says. Her diagnosis of Erythroleukemia and treatment for itis uncharted territory with no set protocol/treatment to follow, so we just have to wait and see if the Chemo plan works. Hugs and Head-Bumps Karen in California and her Beautiful Maine Coon Cat Ms. Clyde

Re: Announcing...The first FeLV Talk Holistic and Regular Care for Sick Kitty...
Wendy, Hi my name is Karen, I am newtoFeline Leukemia. My Female Maine Coon Cat Ms. Clyde has been diagnosed with non-regenerative anemia and Erythroleukemia. I have an appointment to go to the Oncologist with her tomorrow. Hopefully we can come up with a treatment plan for her. She is doing really well in spite of her diagnosis, eating and drinking on her own, using her litter box and eliminating both no problems, playing, socializing, sunbathing in her two favorite spots, just being her usual self. I have said off and on for the last month that she doesn't know how sick she is. I would love a copy of the Holistic and Regular Care for Sick Kitty. Thanks so much, Hugs and Head-Bumps, Karen in California and her Beautiful Maine Coon Cat Ms. Clyde

I amvery excited about it. It is basically a compositionin glossary form of all the emails in the past fourmonths on the FeLV talk boards regarding care for sickkitties, which means that all of us are the authors ofthe manual. I can't send it out generally like anemail as it is too big and I don't think FeLV Talkallows attachments. I will send to each of youindividually. :)Wendy
