I will check that out, too. I had downloaded them from the JW site, so I
was assuming they were current versions. Later today. Thanks!

Re: [Finale] JW plugin installation fail

2017-09-21 Thread Michael Withers
I don't know if this is the same thing but I had a similar problem. I had
just dragged the plugin file from the zip file to the new folder and it
didn't work. When I did a proper 'extract all' to unzip the zip file to the
new folder it worked OK.

Finale 25 windows. I followed these instructions to install JW plugins:

Installation (Finale for Windows)
Find out where your Finale plug-ins folder is located by looking in the
Program Options in Finale (at the Folders page). Unzip the the plug-in .fxt
file to that folder (or to a subfolder if you want it in a submenu to the
Plug-ins menu) Restart Finale.

The folder I put the plugins in shows up, but none of the plugins do. Any
help?
Thanks!

You need to download the 64-bit versions of the JW plugins. Not all are
available yet, I believe. But many of the most popular ones are.

[Finale] JW Plugin in Fin 2014

2014-08-06 Thread Giovanni Andreani
I recently reinstalled Finale 2014 on a MacBook Pro running OS 10.9.4 and now
tried to install JW's Rhythm Copy v1.04 by putting the jwrhythmcopy.bundle in
Finale's Plugin folder. After restart I unfortunately can't see the plugin from
the menu.
Any tip?

Thank you in advance

Giovanni

Got the bundle, but how do I open it? I double click it and it asks me what
application I want to open it with.

Re: [Finale] JW Plugin

2012-02-25 Thread Klaus Smedegaard Bjerre
I was in your situation 4 months ago and found a solution by means of this
list. My description, typos and all, is #6 (look far right) down this page:

http://answerpot.com/showthread.php?3131033-New+2012+plug-in%3A+JW+Instrument+Change

Please be aware that the .bundle file is the very Plug-in.

I found it productive to make a JW subfolder within the Plug-ins folder. That
will give you a sub-menu within the Plug-ins meny when running Finale.

I also found it productive to create a link for the Plug-ins folder and place
the link, where I know it is.

Klaus
