Done. I suspect there is actually some lower-level dep that should
have this, but not sure what and no other error reports, so

I changed my packages to use gcc44. However, I noticed that gcc44 is
not yet in stable, which will block any of the updated packages to be
promoted to stable. Is there any reason not to add gcc44 to stable?

Don't know the history, but I found the source here:

http://opendap.org/pub/dods/DODS-3.4/source/DODS-dap-3.4.5.tar.gz

http://opendap.org/ seems to be the legitimate home for it now as given
by the redirection comments here: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/dods/

 The OPeNDAP/DODS project has a new web site:

 The new OPeNDAP/DODS web pages are located at http://www.opendap.org/.

 Please update your bookmarks.

By the way, I found several binary installers here:

[Fink-devel] openssl dependencies?

2009-07-19 Thread Robert T Wyatt
In trying to install pine-ssl in unstable:

The following 2 additional packages will be installed:
 openldap23-dev openldap23-shlibs

make args are CC=cc  'SSLCERTS=/sw/etc/ssl'
'SSLINCLUDE=/sw/include/openssl' 'SSLLIB=/sw/lib'
'EXTRACFLAGS=-I/sw/include' 'EXTRALDFLAGS=-L/sw/lib' 'DEBUG=-g -O2
-DDEBUG' 'LDAPLIBS=../ldap/libraries/libldap.a
../ldap/libraries/liblber.a -L/sw/lib -lsasl2' osx

The LDAP library ldap/libraries/libldap.a
is missing.

even though I have:

 i   openldap23-dev   2.3.43-3

Re: [Fink-devel] gcc43 vs. gcc44

2009-07-19 Thread Jack Howarth
  Sebastien Maret just checked in the fftw and fftw3 packaging to build
against gcc44. If anyone has a package building against those which depends
on gcc43, they can now switch over to gcc44.
