Maintainers can change the status of their packages to green (dont 
move) red (can't move, won't compile) or white (move me).

I maintain three of those (skycal, socat and sswf) but am still on 
10.2.8.  I'll be happy to resume maintainership when I upgrade, but in 
the meantime porting assistance would be appreciated.  socat and skycal 
are pretty simple.

deliberately not moved, and should not be moved.  I will be happy to supply
reasons if required.

The new pygtk2 is not showing up because the new pygtk2 is a variant 
package. It can't handle that. There are very few of those though, so 
the count is pretty accurate.

Something's wrong...you list gnome/pygtk2-py* and
libs/term-ansicolor-rb, but they are in 10.3.

Shuold this maybe go on a Wiki somewhere or as a file in CVS so we can
mark the disposition? I know some of mine on that list are obsolete...
