I'll keep it in mind for the unlikely event that I would ever be angry
with him... no, never!

if you would have seen him, you wouldn't have been able to find a better
comparison!!! he's totally Ferdinandish!!!

Jon, can I ask you something (it's so nice you speak Norwegian!) - is
"Unna" a Norwegian name and what does it mean? It always sounded like
"number 1" to me, but that's rather Spanish I think...

thanks!

Saskia

Saskia,
The name Flor in Norwegian can mean a couple of things. "Bloom" or
"flowering" is probably the most common meaning, but it can also mean "cow
barn" or "barn floor". Just don't tell Flor about that one.
Maybe Flor is like Ferdinand the bull who would rather be in the pasture
smelling flowers than in the ring fighting.

I think it's a great name for a Fjord. It would sound kind of funny for
another breed, mabe that's what they meant

Hi Ingrid!

>I hope you get "Flor"!! He sounds marvelous...
thank you! he really is! You know, he already whinnies when he sees me...
how can I not get him then? :-)
As soon as the quiz-money is on my bank-account, I'll just go for him.
And when Tom sees him here, he'll melt!

maybe... he only rode once and couldn't sit for a week after that (that's
what he says). But driving sounds like something he might like, the more
I think of it, the better...
(Tom denies this completely!)

yes :-)

a Flording! BTW, do you think "Flor" is an ugly name? I like it so, but
everybody tells me it's an ugly name... I think it sounds like a flower.

I wish all of you could come with me!

Saskia.

I hope you get "Flor"!! He sounds marvelous... I too think that alot
of guys seem to prefer driving rather than riding...Only personal
experiences, one of these guys is my husband. He doesn't care for
riding, but will try driving...maybe if Flor does drive, you can
convince your significant other to have Flor come live with you.
