  where can i find a
longer girthed cinch, in mohair with 2 english style buckle
connections?

TTEAM makes a beautiful mohair girth with elastic ends and English
buckles.
They will make it in most any size. Not inexpensive, but very nice.

SPORTAC has two buckle english style mohair girths:
#P4-CFCMHR in their latest catalog. 24 TO 36 price: $59

Look under Center Fire Quick Cinch I think these are much like the
Orthoflex cinch, and the whole cinch and billets set is made to
replace
those on Ortho-flex and other saddles. But you can buy the cinch
alone.

We have a mohair cinch on one of our OrthoFlex saddles, which has 2
buckles on each side. I ordered it with the saddle, so would probably
try them first if I wanted another one. Seems I heard from someone
that OrthoFlex buys these cinches from another company, but I can't
locate my info on who/where

But, yes, a mohair cinch DOES help keep the saddle in place on a
rotund pony!
