I'll look into the situation with that lesson.

But... if you really want to do the lesson, though, you can change your
SDK to 2.0.1 in Flex Builder. Flex Builder will then generate the
history management files for you. Not recommended, since "deep linking"
is the new, preferred way to do this sort of thing.

HistoryManagement was re-implemented in FB3.  No IFrames or History.swf.
Instead there are different templates for the HTML wrapper.  That lesson
may need upgrading for Flex 3

I am trying to work my way through Flex Builder 2 TFS, and I'm on the

Entry Application. Because the Data Entry application uses a 
TabNavigator, you are supposed to be able to use the browser's back

Milestone 3 makes, and there is no history.swf in the bin directory. 
Is History Management just broken in this build?
