Have not looked at the memory functions so don't know if you can store frequencies with offsets. Does someone else know? Any special reason you want to work 2 meter FM with the 1500? Are you also interested in 2m CW/SSB because a new transverter will cost you as much or more than a dedicated 2m FM rig and won't be nearly as convenient. There is a space for the TX, RX and,CTCSS in the memory from of PowerSDR.
