Re: [Flexradio] FlexRadio Digest, Vol 123, Issue 6
Check your S-meter in the Flex, go to the Tests tab of Setup. Click the box in the lower left corner labeled. Enable HW Generator. Put the radio in any ham band, mode in DSB. the reading above the s-meter should be -24dbm plus or minus 1dbm. I tried what Dudley said with my Flex 3000. I get -38 dbm. Maybe the receiver is muted a little? Re: [Flexradio] Calibrate 5000 S Meter
Kevin, The SDR1000 did not have the built-in signal generator that was on the 3000/5000s. That's way you had to use the XG signal generator as it put out a consistent RF signal. It's in the PowerSDR. 1.18.6 users guide. 73, Dudley WA5QPZ FlexRadio Support Sent from my iPhone On Jul 11, 2015, at 3:11 PM, ke...@3950.net wrote: On 7/10/2015 7:43 PM, Dudley Hurry wrote: Harry, Check your S-meter in the Flex, go to the Tests tab of Setup.
