Jerry,I can use Dragon to switch to a logger, enter a call sign, look up the info on QRZ, and enter into the log. I do know that you can click boxes, or move a mouse with it, I just don't yet know how. I would guess there are several of us with Dragon on this list - can you give us a quickie course on setting PowerSDR to receive inputs from Dragon?
