The da39a3ee5e6b4b0d3255bfef95601890afd80709 hash is what you get for a
zero-length file.  Apparently both checken-egg/libfossil-api.h and
.fossil-settings/crlf-glob are zero-length files.  They are identical files
therefore and therefore have the same hash.

Why is this a problem?

Ah, of course. Indeed, not a problem. I'd forgotten that that file was
empty and kept looking at the UI thinking there was something wrong. Sorry
for the noise.

lol! It's not a problem, but it sure scared me :). Seems i missed that one
when i looked for a dupe.
