If you have any other Adobe aps, run update from one of them -- it doesn't have to be run from Frame -- it'll grab whatever updates are available for all of your installed aps. Also, try running it just after bootup, before you open any other applications. Some processes continue unwanted after you close the application. Try terminating the process in Windows Task Manager. I finally got FM updated, but RoboHelp just won't do it. Several I've downloaded the updater and applied it through Updates...quit RoboHelp before download. The updater goes through all the machinations, then says the update failed.
