[Frameworks] 35mm projection in Baltimore?

2013-11-18 Thread David Dvorchak
Trying to help out a friend who attempting to book Crispin Glover in
Baltimore, MD. 35mm projection is necessary. He's not having any luck, so
far:

*"The Charles and the Senator both passed on it, MICA is booked, no
response from the Rotunda as of yet, and Creative Alliance no longer has a
working 35mm projector..." *

Any hot tips would be appreciated!

They still have a portable 35mm system that can be taken to halls that

there will be minimal transportation cost. Feel free to tell them that

This is the one I remember seeing on PBS when I was a kid - The Sand Castle (Le

Ferenc Caco (Hungary) who specializes in sand animation, early films by
Caroline Leaf, Aleksandra Korejwo (Poland, although formally she uses salt),
Kseniya Simonova (Ukraine), a number of other Central and Eastern Europeans.
'The Sand Castel' by Co Hoedeman is in fact stop motion film, not a sand
animation per se.
