I believe you are probably looking for 

freeradius-0.9.3/src/modules/rlm_sql/drivers/rlm_sql_mysql/db_mysql.sql

from source tarball.

Uninstalling Freeradius

Could you please tell me how to uninstall 
freeradius version 0.9.3? I'm a newbie at Linux and i really have no idea how to 
do it. I need to uninstall it and then reinstall it again because i believe that
