[Freesurfer] Freesurfer: surf2vol?
Dear all, we have performed a cluster analysis in Qdec and found a significant vertex-cluster after correction for multiple testing using the Monte Carlo simulation. Our aim is to map the vertices to an atlas which is different from that of Desikan. To do that we need the volume-based information of the significant cluster. To transform the surface-based information into volume-based information we need to conduct the surf2volume-command, right? What I don't understand is what the required flags such as --surfval and --volreg need to contain. For example what is meant with source of the surface values and format (surfval) or matrix that maps XYZ in the reference anatomical to XYZ in the functional volume (volreg). Where can I get these files? Do I have to run tkregister2 for each proband? Thank you very much for your help in advance! [Freesurfer] Extraction of vertex identifiers from a significant cluster
Dear all, We have performed a cluster analysis in Qdec and found a significant vertex-cluster after correction for multiple testing using the Monte Carlo simulation. Now, we would like to extract the (unique) identifiers of all vertices that form the significant cluster. We then would like to look up the spatial information (x, y, z) of these vertices. Our final aim is to map the vertices to an atlas which is different from that of Desikan. Is this a way suitable to achieve our aim? Many thanks for your help in advance!
