Hi Gabriel, certainly they won't match as (a) they are different algorithms, and (b) they are different definitions of what is and is not included. Thanks BruceYes and no, we did sum all the outputs from the subfields segmentation, but I didnot find the fornix, Is it included I. The fimbria? What would be the difference if I do not include this label?
