Subject: Re: Auto back-up program recommendations ?

Can anybody suggest a reliable auto back-up program or Applescript for
OS X apps ?
I am regularly adding new photos to iPhoto, as well as many new
entries to iCal and my address book. I would really like to have a
program/script that would automatically back up the new additions on a
daily basis at a certain time.
I use Apple's Backup to backup to an external FW drive. Works great. I
think you have to be a .mac member to get it though.

I highly recommend SuperDuper!. It's the best backup app that I've
tried, and the best part is that you can customize it in a million
different ways. I've been using it for about 8 mos. and it hasn't let
me down yet. Starting in version 1.5, they include an AppleScript to
run a fully automated daily backup. It's worth the $19.95.
