TjL Data Memory Systems sell 1 GB for the PowerBook G4 for $229. I bought memory from them before and always been satisfied. NewEgg.com has also 1 GB memory modules starting around $150. I bought my 1GB from them for $202 a few months ago and it's been working fine since then in my PowerBook 17. However, they don't mention Mac compatibility. I've gotten RAM from them for my G3 (PC133) that's worked fine, that's also where my processor upgrade and video card have come from...
