It does not have to be a speed demon, just reliable so I can connect to a drive or other computer if needed. What brand of card? I would prefer with dongle as to clear a wireless card I all ready have, but I am open to suggestions. What software is needed? Thanks for all your help. Ken Vann I have a IBM brand, purchased from OWC a couple of years ago. Came with 6- and 4-pin cables that have flat connectors to the PC card. Worked in my Wallstreet in both OS9 and OSX and I still use it with my TiBook. --- JSH TiBook -- G-Books is sponsored by http://lowendmac.com/ and... Or perhaps you have a later incarnation? -- G-Books is sponsored by http://lowendmac.com/ and... I use a NewerTech FireWire2Go card. Works under OS9 OSX with no special drivers. They can be found at Technowarehouse for $34.00 http://www.technowarehousellc.com FYI, I'm not affiliated with Technowarehouse, just a satisfied customer. -Chris On Jun 11, 2004, at 7:07 AM, Kenneth Vann wrote: Recommendations for a Cardbus PC card that will let me use FireWire under OS9.
