Re: [Audyssey] sonnar news

2017-02-28 Thread Shaun Everiss
I have written sonnar to ask, but I don't see any issue personally, we
allready do it for the droid and ios and to do it for the mac I think
we need a mac to do the ios stuff I think so we shouldn't have any issue
but who knows.

I use a pc and I would like a pc version so I will push for it but it will
probably come out on android first, followed by ios as long as we can get
things in, then pc.
One posibility is that the pc version will be steamed but I am also pushing it

Steam is still an attractive platform especially for a hybred game platform its
a pitty valve show no interest in their client for us.

Hi all

Hello,
This is Jarek from Sonnar.
Just few words on upcoming major Audio Game Hub update:
- new menu system (with lists)
- added achievements to all games
- added highscores
- adding two new games (blackjack and simon)
- adding blind cricket
From next update games will become paid. We would love to keep them
for free, but probably you can imagine how expensive it is to create
good quality games, and we devote our free time (including weekends
and holidays) as well as private money to work on Audio Game Hub. I
can guarantee you that the future income will be used to create more
games!
After we will finish new games for the hub we will release the
Whispering Tunnels - our best and biggest game ever!
Finally, it is very difficult to reach visually impaired community -
please help us by spreading the word!

[Audyssey] anyone playing aardwolf?

2017-02-28 Thread dark
Hi.

I was playing a mud called Erion which had some similarities to Aardwolf, but
progression was a little slow, and so I decided to give aardwolf another try.

I’m actually finding now I’m getting on far better than I did previously, have
a level 35 ranger (in less than two days), and am finding things like the
eqsearch command far more  help.

I’ll probably update the audiogames.net page with some extra info, but if
anyone hasn’t played aardwolf, I’d rcommend it, and of course I know there are
those on list who have played far longer than I have.

Connection info I is  aardmud.org port 23.

I’m kyrel in game if anyone wants to look me up.

All the best,

Dark.

Re: [Audyssey] Kitchensinc games.

2017-02-28 Thread Nail Alimzhanov
Would be very good if there was some one who could further develop some
of Jim's games. I love his baseball. If some one could pick it up and
make it a long season game with mlb teams and schedule for 162 games and
the pley offs even with the game play that is used there right now. I
know of another baseball game made by a Japanese guy, but according to
the demo i heard the game play and the sounds there are not that well.
Would be also nice if some body could further develop the nfl game.
Right now there is no sports simulators for the blind, at least those
that could be fun to play.

compile those games while he was still alive and that's what I was
told. More specifically I remember him mentioning powerbasic 7. Hope
this helps.

As far as I know, there hasn't really been anyone remaking Jim's
games, but agarchive.net has a page with the old games in the
Developers section.
