I am not entirely sure what a UAC is or if I'm trying to install it somewhere 
protected. iTunes gives me an error regarding setting up libraries, and a 
program called qRead which allows books to be read via the computer just sits 
there when I ask it to import a book from online, so I think something might be 
messed up somehow. I am sorry I didn't give this information before, I didn't 
find all of it until I had already sent the eMail

Thank you for the help. my UAC is turned all the way off. I will begin 
more investigating, am sure I will figure it out eventually.

My guess would be that either 1) You've got some really horrible
antivirus program that's breaking your computer, 2) You've got UAC
(user access controls) set to the maximum level and it's not allowing
anything to install, or 3) Windows is horked.  I really don't know how
to help you debug it beyond this; the easiest would be to check your
UAC settings, and see if it's turned up too high.  Most people turn it
completely off because it breaks too many things.

hello all. I recently got a new windows 7 computer, and went to install 
mush z on it. However, when I try to run the set up file, I get the 
following error: Internal error, failed to expand Shell folder constant 
userdox. If anyone has any information regarding how to fix this, I

hello, perception is not going to be accessible. They wanted to make it work, 
but couldn't figure out how to make the game work. They are going to donate 
some of the proceeds from the game to afoundation for the blind, though I
