[Audyssey] Please stop the acefire wranting!
Hi people. As I am not a moderater or anything similar, it is probably not my place to say, but I am getting slightly tired of reading E-mails going ballistic over acefire. Legitimately cryticising or defending the game in a calm and reasonable manner is fine (it's what this list is for), but these constant "Acefire is an awful game" or E-mails are taking up valuable list time, and getting everyone immotional and upset. Whatever we think of any game, will people please remember that someone has spent time writing thousands of lines of code, collecting sfx etc to make it happen. As I said, it's quite reasonable to then take a good look at that game, and recommend improvements or suggestions, but just sending long wrants about it's awfullness does nobody any good. The same with the price issue. Remember that if this were a mainstream game you'd never have chance to even speak to the devs about the price, - in fact a good percentage of the price would be going to the retailer who sold the game anyway. If you find the price unreasonable, explain your reasons calmly, bbut also remember that it is up to damien to set the price, and up to you to buy or not buy the game as you see fit. can we please! have a litle maturity here!
