Re: [Audyssey] Lone Wolf was Game Recordings

Hi Charles,

Lol! No, I definitely didn't create the blimp mission, but that one was
pretty darn hard to beat. I only beat it a couple of times myself. There
is a trick to that mission, and its basically a combo of positioning
your sub in the right spot and being darn good with the deck gun.

ornery being that created that one? Could it have been Thomas Ward?
I've never beaten it, and it is a fun challenge.

Hi Charles,

True. In there own way the first 17 missions were like training missions.
A person needs it to take on some of the user created missions. Need I
mention my own created missions require a lot of skill. :D

However, one of my faves is mission 21 or 22 where you have to navigate up
the river and take out the damn. Its one of David Lants missions, and it
is a darn good mission. Getting around those blasted mines is a really
tight squeeze. Then, when you get near enough to smoke the damn you have a
battleship right there ready to waist you. Although, I usually waist him
first. Lol!

Hi Dark,

Yes. Lone Wolf does require quite a bit of time and practice to get
very good at. Its a great real time simulation that isn't just point
and shoot and requires some planning and forethought to play. The
reason I got so good at the game back in the early 2000's is at one
point I played it almost every single day.

Now, though I don't have that kind of time on my hands to devote to
any game. As a result I'm growing a little rusty and have to relearn
everything I knew. :D

Cheers!

well at least it proves that lw is a very well put together game that it

I'm sure my dog won't get into trouble if I sit around in a pair of

some similarities to lw, i might see if I can get back to the game myself
and hopefully do a bit better than I did previously.

Beware the grue!
