In my case, IT Dept, sent me a NOTICE by SPEED POST (Cost Rs25) as I had paid Re1 less for that FY. Though, I dint take any action on that, but as you are a lawyer, I would like to seek your opinion, if I should SUE the IT Dept to MISUSE the money of the PUBLIC like this.
