Hi,
after last changes , now the start from windows compiling is cmake.
So I think the link to
Building on Windows with Visual Studio
IDE
would be remove because it suggest use three folder removed.

or changed with
somethink like

...
see the cmake istruction and use option
cmake -G "Visual Studio 9 2008" ../svn
to produce the VS project.
...
