I believe I'd leave the factored out ISO schemas where they are though (in terms of position among the geotools sources), just overwrite them with the newer versions of the schema files, like the GML ones. Not sure what is actionalble out of this thread but would it help to update all of our internal schemas to the latest schemas that contain all the xlink fixes? Especially the gml 3.2 schema which seems to have factored out all the iso schema (gcd, gmx, etc...) I have little hope. What I was hoping to do was to at least update the GML 3.2 world (and iso subset) to the new schemas, so that at least validation works there. Andrea do we have any chance of doing what the OGC wants? Ie cutting cold turkey over to the new/official xlink schema (even for all the old schemas?).
