This might be better done in a video editing software. Then you'll have

I think you are right - I will look at Blender . .

Thanks,

People,

I have 4,286 JPGs from a time lapse set done with my Olympus OM-D E-M5
of a 5.5x4m screen with text projected onto it - I expected the camera
to adjust for lower light during the sunset so that what was projected
on the screen became increasingly visible - but that didn't work. See
low-res text, start and finish images here:

So now I want to manipulate theese images so that I get the effect
that

I was expecting to.

Can I overly the text image on all the photo images (where the screen
is) so that it gradually becomes readable when I convert the stills
into

a video? Can I do this operation in batch mode with Gimp?

Thanks,

Phil.

Congratulations! I look forward to using this, whenever it's
 available
 on Linux Mint! :)

 Peace...

Hi! I wanted to let you know I've been running GIMP 2.8.22 on my Linux
Mint 18.2 system for a while now and it's been working well! The only
issue I have is I can't get the "Bevel and Emboss" plugin (part of the
FX Foundry) to run. Each time I run it, it crashes. Not a huge problem
as I can use another plugin for that.

On the positive side, I was able to design a business card and an
envelope return label without any issues at all. :)

Sorry for the delayed feedback.

Thanks!

Peace...

Tom
