Re: Difficulties with vino translation

2006-02-03 Thread Mark McLoughlin
Hi Alexander,
I've changed the second comment to:

/*
 * Translators: this string is used ONLY if you
 * translated vino-mdns:showusername to anything
 * other than 1
 */

Does that make sense now?

It's all quite obtuse, though. Suggestions are welcome for how to do it
in a way that's easier for translators.

Cheers,
Mark.

 The same structure has always worked for branches to gnome-2-12. I

 Do I need to do something different?
If you read Federico's message carefully, you'll notice he called the

Hi Federico,

 Hi,

 2.14 will use the libgnomeui-2-14 branch; it is anchored on the tag
 LIBGNOMEUI_2_14_BRANCHPOINT. I just updated the moduleset in jhbuild
 for this; make sure you update your jhbuild to get this info.

Any reason for not calling the branch gnome-2-14, as we usually do it?

Vincent

string change in totem

2006-02-03 Thread Tim Müller
Hi,

if I understand [1] correctly, any string changes have to be announced to this
list at this point in the development.

I hereby like to draw your attention to a string addition in totem then, the
details of which can be found in the last chunk of [2].

Cheers
 -Tim

Status pages broken? Multiple files at zero

2006-02-03 Thread Clytie Siddall

Hi guys :)

Doing my daily scan for the usual string-freeze-breakers, I'm a bit
concerned to notice that three of the gnome-2-14 l10n status pages
are showing multiple files at zero (yellow bar):

* Proposed group: *
pessulus
nautilus-actions
sabayon

* Developer-libs: *
gtk+
gtk+-properties
libbonobo
libbonoboui
libgnome
libgnomecanvas
libgnomeui

* desktop *
gnopernicus to end of page

office, extras and fifth-toe are OK.

Since in each case it's the lower section of the list that's missing,
I'm assuming something in each case has broken the display process...?
