String additions to 'ekiga.HEAD'

2009-02-22 Thread GNOME Status Pages
This is an automatic notification from status generation scripts on:
http://l10n.gnome.org.

There have been following string additions to module 'ekiga.HEAD':

+ "Welcome to Ekiga"

Note that this doesn't directly indicate a string freeze break, but it
might be worth investigating.

Thanks for the approval. That's now fixed in SVN.

I suggest that you bring this up with the Ekiga developers and ask
what they have to say, and possibly also involve the expert linguists
in the Doc team (gnome-doc-list) to hear their opinion. If the
consensus is that original terminology should be changed, then file
bug reports (albeit the resolution will probably have to wait after
string freeze).

Translation of new error message for "[Bug 549298] impossible to copy files with p (pipe) flag"

2009-02-22 Thread Andreas Henriksson
Hello all!

Alex just commited a small bugfix for me in glib/gio. I don't quite know all
procedures but I was asked to announce it here.
Please see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=549298 for full info.

The new string is "Can't copy special file". A special file is what
gio classifies as "special" rather then a regular file, directory, symlink...
To be concrete "special" usually means a pipe, device node, socket, and more...

(Translating this is probably pretty low prio, since you won't see the message
unless you previously managed to freeze nautilus by copying special files.)

Tomboy string freeze break

2009-02-22 Thread Wouter Bolsterlee
Hi,

Some days ago I filed

  http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=572096

to complain about incorrect plural forms in Tomboy. The maintainer seems not
available for now, so I'll take over here. I've already given my 1/2
approval, so if somebody else could give the 2/2 approval, I'll commit this
to SVN asap.
