gnome-documents gnome-photos: New string additions

They are no problem, as RyōTa SimaMoto, a Japanese translator and a maintainer of the document, said before. GParted 0.16.2 to be Released Sept. 18, 2013
Hello Translation Teams, GParted version 0.16.2 is planned for release on Wednesday, September 18, 2013. There have been no string changes to the application since the last release. However, the help manual has been updated and contains new strings to be translated.
